    We consider crew for projects based on the brief, skills, location, availability and budget.

Membership is free. Joining the network does not guarantee a project booking.

Who is NJM Build for?

Freelance filmmakers and creative professionals across production, post-production and creative development. Choose the expertise that best represents your work when you apply.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. NJM Build membership is free.

What should I have ready?

Your contact details, location, expertise and links to your work. Choose examples that make your role clear, and check that our team can open them.

What happens after I apply?

We review your profile and work. Shortlisted applicants are contacted about next steps. Timing depends on application volume and the expertise we’re looking for.

Will joining guarantee projects?

No. Opportunities depend on the brief, skills, location, availability and budget. Applying starts a conversation; it is not a confirmed booking.

Do I need to be based in Bengaluru?

We’re building a network across India. Tell us where you’re based so we can consider you for relevant projects.
